Access & Security

Door Entry System

Entrance to the communal lobbies can be gained using your key fob. 

Each apartment has a video entry system. Visitors will need to enter the apartment number on the control panel outside and ask the resident to open the outer entrance door. 

For everyone’s safety and security, please do not allow anyone else entry into the building, apart from your own guests.

Keys 

Upon Handover you will receive all keys applicable to your apartment. Please take care of your keys and keep any spares in a safe place. For safety and security reasons never label your keys with your address. Spare keys can be cut at any good key cutters. 

Replacement Fobs

If you have lost or misplaced your entrance fobs, please notify the Managing Agent Mainstay Residential who will be able to arrange replacements. Please note that there is a charge for any additional/replacement fobs. 

Lifts 

Your apartment block is equipped with 2 residential lifts that service each floor. 

Should the lift fail while in use, please press the alarm bell which will link you directly to the maintenance company.

In the event of a fire, the lifts will automatically return to the ground floor and be unavailable for use.

Do not attempt to use the lifts in the event of a fire.
