Apartment Services

Services/ Utility Cupboard 

Your stopcock, meters and mechanical/ electrical installations as listed below are in your utility cupboard within your apartment. For your own safety, please do not tamper with the equipment. All equipment has been labelled for your safety and convenience.

Media Services 

Terrestrial aerials are provided to the development and connected to your apartment. You may connect your TV to and TV points in your apartment to receive Freesat or Freeview.

The development has also been fitted with a communal Sky Satellite dish which is SKYQ ready.

There are television points installed in most of the rooms in your new home, and these have been wired for Satellite and SKY Q. Data sockets are also installed to allow you to connect your TV to your Broadband service. 

To arrange a connection and subscription to a package, please call your chosen supplier.

TV License 

In order to watch television legally in the UK, you will need to purchase a Television License. 

Please note that your Television License does not automatically move with you and it is important to notify TV Licensing so they can transfer your license to your new address.

Telephone and Broadband

Your home has wiring for a master telephone socket in the services/utility cupboard in your apartment and extensions in the living area and bedroom(s).

Hyperoptic has been installed in your apartment. The connections between the master socket and extensions are live but you will need to contact Open Fibre Network  who will provide your new telephone line/service.

The internal water main stopcock isolates water to your apartment and is located inside your apartment in the Utility cupboard. 

Electricity meter

The electricity meter for your apartment can be found inside your apartment in the Utility cupboard.

Electric consumer unit

The Electric consumer unit can be found inside your apartment in the Utility cupboard. 

Heat Interface Unit (HIU)

The HIU can be found inside your apartment in the Utility cupboard.

Mechanical ventilation system (MVHR)

The MVHR can be found inside your apartment in the Utility cupboard.

Underfloor heating manifold

The Underfloor heating manifold can be found inside your apartment in the Utility cupboard.
