Concierge Hub

The Concierge and residents lounge will be open and accessible 24/7 for private residents. 

Private Residents Lounge

The private residents lounge will be open and accessible to residents subject to booking on an exclusive or shared basis. The essence of this facility is essentially a private entertaining area, where residents can host gatherings, and meet with friends and neighbours. This area will be WIFI enabled and equipped with a fitted Kitchen, Television and private terrace with hardwood seating and decking. 

Communal Roof Terraces & Courtyard Garden

The communal Roof Terraces & Courtyard Garden are accessible to all residents. BBQs and flammable materials are not permitted in these areas.   

Private Cinema Room  

The Cinema is available to all residents and must be booked in advance with the Concierge through the resident’s online portal. The Cinema Room is provided with a kitchenette and WC facilities. The opening hours are Monday – Friday (06:00-10:00), Saturdays (08:00- 21:00), Sundays & Bank holidays (09:00 – 17:00). 


The Gym is open to inducted residents Monday – Friday (06:00-10:00), Saturdays (08:00- 21:00), Sundays & Bank holidays (09:00 – 17:00). You will be required to complete an induction before you are able to use these facilities. This can be done by contacting Motiv8 on:

Inductions have a cost of £35.00 which will need to be paid directly to Motiv8.

You are required to sign a health questionnaire and will be shown the rules of the facility which include Health and Safety. Once the induction is complete your fob will be updated to allow you access into the gym for a whole year. Your fob will then need to be updated annually to keep a record of your health.

Cycle storage

The Cycle storage is in the Lower Ground floor and is accessible to all residents by fob access. 


There is private underground parking in the development. Electric car charging points are available on the site and all residents will have access to an on-site Car Club operated by Zipcar.


Your post will be delivered in your locked post box located in the entrance lobby, please collect your post daily. 

Refuse and Recycling 

The refuse store is located on the Lower Ground Floor.  London Borough of Camden will collect waste and recycling from the refuse store weekly.

London Borough of Camden offer a bulky waste collection service. This includes waste that is not covered in the weekly waste collection such as appliances or large furniture. There is a charge for this service.
